CHI 2025 commemorative special tour, produced by PACIFICO Yokohama, to explore three sake breweries in Kanagawa, guided by Miss SAKE, an ambassador promoting Japanese sake and culture. Experience Japan’s Traditional Sake Brewing techniques and knowledge, now in the spotlight with its registration as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage! with a dinner featuring the perfect pairing of Japanese cuisine and sake.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This tour will be conducted as a package tour organized by PACIFICO Yokohama in accordance with the Travel Agency Act.

Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply starting from 10 days before the event, so make sure to review the details below.

1. Cancellation between 10 to 8 days before the travel start date... 20% of the tour price
2. Cancellation between 7 days to the day before the travel start date... 30% of the tour price
3. Cancellation on the day before the travel start date... 40% of the tour price
4. Cancellation on the travel start date... 50% of the tour price
5. Cancellation after the travel start date, or no-show without notice... 100% of the tour price

IMPORTANT NOTES

• This tour is exclusively for participants aged 20 and above. All participants must be at least 20 years old to join.
• Participants who do not drink alcohol may still join the tour; however, they will not be able to participate in the tastings. Please note that no refunds will be provided for opting out of the tastings.
• The accompanying guide is scheduled as of March 1, 2025. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness, the guide may not be able to accompany the tour.
• The beer tastings at each brewery will be served in mini tasting glasses.
• All photos are for illustrative purposes only.

TOUR RESERVATION INFORMATION

• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached. Please note that the organizer reserves the right to close registration before the deadline at their discretion.
• Reservations can only be made online. Please note that completing the reservation requires pre-payment via credit card.
• Each participant must make their own reservation individually. During the reservation process, you will be required to enter the full name, address, phone number, and date of birth of all participants. The date of birth is required for travel insurance purposes, so please ensure the information is entered correctly.
• Once your reservation is successfully completed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox for confirmation.
• To cancel your reservation after booking, please contact the organizer at the address below.
• All correspondence and information will be sent via email.
